Too bright. Too quiet. Too dressed up. Not dressed up enough. Sometimes the rules seem to change depending on who’s doing the talking.
You’re allowed to notice that. You’re allowed to ask a better question. And you’re allowed to decide that somebody else’s comfort isn’t your dress code.
A little less “should”. A little more room to be you.
Make room for your point of view
